Reservation Requests NYE 2017
How to R.S.V.P.: You are asked to include both your scene name (if applicable) and your legal name (for Guest List verification and age verification) along with a valid email address to receive an invoice via Square. If you are planning to bring a guest, remember to add their legal and scene names, and a valid email address for them as well. Rest assured, all information will be kept private. Anyone without a valid reservation will be denied entry. All Attendees must be 21 years of age or greater.
Payment Information: Unless other arrangements are made, all Attendees will be sent an invoice via Square to secure your reservation and that of your optional invited Guest. The first Guests to remit full payment before December 24th will be guaranteed entry. Subsequent inquiries will be placed on a waiting list and notified in case of cancellation.
Fun Tickets! Fun tickets can be used to purchase raffle tickets, the Kissing Booth, garter stuffing, auction wins and whatever else you and other consenting adults choose. Fun Tickets can be purchased with your ticket reservation or until December 29th and will be waiting for you when you arrive. All Fun Ticket fees go to NCSF and SWOP-Seattle, so are non-refundable. Cash is always accepted and auction prizes may be paid for via Square reader as well. There is not an ATM on-site, so Fun Tickets are a great way to go!
Sometimes you must decline, no matter how tempting the offer may be. Other times, different obligations appear even if you have planned to attend. Should such circumstances arise, the refund policy in place is as follows:
- Refunds are available in full until noon on December 24th, 2017. Just drop a line if you or your intended guest cannot attend and your reservation fee will be happily refunded until this date. InnThrall Fun Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable as these sales all go to NCSF and SWOP-Seattle.
- If you find that you cannot attend after the 24th we will still refund 50% of ticket fees collected (refunds exclude Fun Ticket purchases) until noon on the 28th of December.
- Unfortunately, given the exclusivity of the NYE Party and the intimate number of invitees, if you must cancel after noon on December 28th, your reservation is non-refundable.
Privacy remains of the utmost importance at InnThrall. All Invitees are requested to keep the location and Attendee identities in the strictest confidence to preserve and maintain the integrity of the Event.
