Health and sanitation have always been central to InnThrall’s existence and success and our disinfection protocols for Guest spaces currently encompass a robust binder of 30-ish laminated pages to keep you safe and everything ready for you in all of its sparkliness.
With the advent of COVID-19, we are doing even more!
We are monitoring government policy changes, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, government mandates, and public health advancements and will continue to make changes as necessary or appropriate to our protocols and procedures.
InnThrall will reopen with a reduction in occupancy. We will open this new location with two Guest Suites, but with one party/reservation at any time. We now require a 2-night stay, as we must leave the vacated Suite empty/without Guests for 24-48 hours to allow for our new, even more intense cleaning protocols.
When you arrive:
InnThrall now offers Contactless Guest stays. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by your (masked and gloved) InnKeeper in the parking area where you will find hand sanitizer and face masks. Please apply the hand sanitizer and don your gay apparel (face masks) and wear these while your InnKeeper takes your party’s temperature with a touchless thermometer, after which, they will show you to your Suite (while maintaining 6 feet of distance from you).
* Should anyone in your party display a temperature over 100.0°F, they will be denied entry to the property and directed toward medical care in the community.
Your InnKeeper will give you a tour of the many amenities associated with your stay, show you where to find all that you need and how to contact an InnKeeper should any additional needs arise during your stay.
During your stay:
Your meals (breakfast/picnic baskets/afternoon snacks) will be delivered via fancy cart to our “Airlock Chamber” which adjoins your Suite. Any additional towels for the pool, etc. that you request will be delivered here as well. Your InnKeeper will be gloved and masked when delivering these.
Breakfast will be prepared in a kitchen where safe practices are observed and will be prepared by your masked and gloved InnKeeper and served on dedicated dish sets. You are welcome to place all used dishes on the fancy cart in the airlock chamber and to notify us when you are finished with your meal so that we may clear it for you.
